Holistic AI Receives Grant from The Alan Turing Institute

London – September 1, 2022, Holistic AI is delighted to announce that the company has won a grant from The Alan Turing Institute for a course on “Assessing and Mitigating Bias and Discrimination in AI - Beyond binary classification”. This course will be a part of their series of online courses in Responsible AI. It is a follow-up to our previous course, "Assessing and Mitigating Bias and Discrimination in AI".

Our first course focused on bias in the context of binary classification tasks. However, a lot of real-world applications extend beyond this widely studied case. Therefore, our follow-up course will cover techniques to measure and mitigate bias in various tasks such as regression, multi-class classification, recommender systems, and clustering.

This course will provide students with a solid theoretical foundation and tools to translate theory into practice and will include exercises, open-source tools, and case studies to run through.

Stay tuned for further updates on future courses.
